Your appointment is very important to us at Shae’s SKKN Studio. It is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adiustments are necessary; therefore, we ask respectfully for you to reschedule or cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other client’s opportunities to choose appointments. Therefore, if your appointment is not canceled within 12hrs you will be charged 30% of your service price. If a no call no show appointment occurs you will be charged 75% of your service price. You are considered a "no call/ no show" after 10 mins if there is no communication from you via voicemail, phone(we must speak), or text. (Social media is not an appropriate form of communication to cancel/reschedule) We have the right to reserve a deposit for future appointment reservations and or ban you from booking with us in the future.
